Congratulations to our 2024 scholarship award winners:
• Macy DeCarli, Tolland High School – Macy will begin her studies in the Nursing Program at Eastern Connecticut State University.
• Alex Hahn, Rockville High School – Alex plans to pursue Data Analytics at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
• Grace Davis, Ellington High School – Grace will study Marine Biology and Environmental Science at UC Berkeley this fall.
• Piper Jones, Rockville High School – Piper has been accepted into the Veterinary Program at Delaware Valley University.
On Monday, we had the pleasure of welcoming three of our four recipients to our lunch meeting at Mitchell’s Restaurant. We enjoyed meeting these exceptional students and hearing about their aspirations for college and beyond.
Rotary Club of Rockville scholarships are awarded based on academic achievement, financial need, and meaningful involvement in extracurricular activities—including community service. Funding is made possible through our annual Rose Sale, held each June.
